What are Models of Excellence?
Models of Excellence are the frameworks we use to achieve our specific and desired outcomes. They are Models of Excellence because they work and have been proven to work repeatedly in different environments and in various contexts.
Models of Excellence are simply the mechanisms that work best for you to achieve your outcome.
Models of Excellence are flexible so that they can be adapted and fine tuned to dovetail with the expectations and requirements of each individual and organisation. We believe in working with your model of the world and adapting our approach to realise your outcome. A Model of Excellence works because it has in-built flexibility and consideration of the ecology (in this context, the study of consequences) of your organisation.
Our Models of Excellence include the most successful advanced change framework available - Neuro-Linguistic Programming – as well as leading industry standards, including the government approved PRINCE 2 project management training framework and the Local Government Equality Standard.
We develop our own Models of Excellence tailored to the requirements of our clients.
