Toni Johnson – Senior Consultant
CIPD qualified, PRINCE2 Practitioner and accredited Trainer, Advanced Executive Coach
Toni has extensive experience of working in both the public and private sectors. Having a background in Training and Development, Toni is recognised as a specialist in the field of Equality and Diversity utilising PRINCE2 methodology to project manage the Equality Standard for Local Government.
As a CIPD qualified trainer, and with her specialist knowledge of Equality and Diversity Legislation, Toni has designed and delivered training to support staff, senior management and Elected Members in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion; Understanding the Equality Standard for Local Government; Conducting Equality Impact Assessments and Self-Assessment and Audit processes.
A highly effective presenter and communicator, Toni has experience of managing large-scale, complex projects, is a qualified PRINCE2 Practitioner and an accredited PRINCE2 Trainer. Toni has delivered PRINCE2 examination courses at both Foundation and Practitioner levels, extensively in: he UK, Prague, Brussels, Slovakia, The Netherlands and Moscow to organisations as diverse as the RAF, Home Office, DHL and Oil Companies.
As an experienced Development and Training Adviser and Coach – qualified in Advanced Executive Coaching – Toni has worked as a Career Development Coach, Holistic Life Coach, and Executive Coach as part of a large-scale Management Coaching Programme for team leaders and senior civil servants.
Andrew Lynch – Senior Consultant
Performance Enhancement Coach, NLP Master Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Magazine Editor
Andrew brings ten years experience as a leading public sector editor to his role as a Performance Enhancement Coach. He is recognised and widely respected as a creative and innovative thinker and passionate supporter of personal development for self and others. He combines a love of the written word with a driving ambition to improve all aspects of inter-personal communications. Incisive commentary on strategic organisational development is linked to an insightful and evolutionary approach to business and executive coaching.

Andrew is a Graduate Member of the International Neuro-Linguistic Programming Trainers Association and was in the first group in the UK to be certified as an INLPTA accredited NLP Master Coach, the highest standard for Executive, Business and Group Coaching.
Lisa Maclean
RGN, RMN, BA (Hons), PGCE, MA, NLP, TLTR, Master NLP Practitioner and Master NLP Coach
Lisa has had extensive experience within the health and criminal justice sectors over the past 26 years. Her career began within the health sector as both a general and psychiatric nurse, and recently she was employed as a Consultant Nurse within the Accident and Emergency department and a local male prison.
She has worked on numerous complex projects within her career, for example recently working within the Department of Health and the Prison Service to complete a national strategy to increase understanding of mental health/illness and reduce suicides.
Lisa has worked as a Senior Lecturer in a number of UK and Eastern European universities and has provided training and coaching for a variety of statutory and non-statutory agencies for many years.
Her health background and training in psychotherapy complements the NLP Coaching which is her main focus. She is also planning to complete a primary research project on ‘Modelling Excellence for Women in Business’.
A hallmark of Lisa’s career has been at the cutting edge of change within the NHS, Higher Education and more recently the Prison Service. Lisa believes that her skills are best placed facilitating and empowering others to make the changes necessary to fulfil their ambitions.
Jagtar Singh OBE, Associate
Equality and Diversity Consultant, Trainer and Ministerial Advisor
Jagtar Singh has established a reputation for delivering high quality training, conferences, workshops and cutting edge research in the field of equality and diversity. Jagtar has worked on contracts for the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and more lately for the Department for Communities and Local Government, The Black Police Association, The NHS and the LGA.
In July 2006 Jagtar was selected to be a non executive Director for the East of England Ambulance Service. Jagtar is currently working on a major project with the Department for Communities and Local Government to develop a Business Case for Diversity for the Fire and Rescue Service and on a European project that will deliver a national training package for training all Fire and Rescue Service staff with regard to diversity.
Jagtar was the first National Diversity Champion for the Fire Service at the ODPM from 2005 to 2006. He was previously the Deputy Chief Fire Officer and acting Chief Fire Officer of Bedfordshire and Luton Fire and Rescue Service. In November 2006 Jagtar was selected to go on the Fire and Rescue Service Sounding Board as an Advisor to the DCLG Minister Angela Smith MP.
In January 2003 Jagtar received the Public Servant of the Year Award at the Asian Achievement Awards ceremony in Birmingham. In June 2003 he was awarded, in The Queen’s Birthday Honours List, an OBE for his work on Equality and Diversity in the Fire Service. In 2006 Jagtar was nominated for the Prestigious GG2 Man of the Year Award.
